Folded into standard container size for sea and land transportation, the shelter allows 2 units loaded in one 40FT HQ container, greatly cutting logistics expenses. After simple on-site expansion, it forms a 34.77 square meters independent living space with complete 2-bedroom, 1-living room, 1-kitchen and 1-bathroom layout, realizing quick installation and immediate occupancy.

This 20ft Container Shelter adopts double-wing expandable structure. The folded dimension is only 5.9m × 2.2m × 2.48m, which is convenient for container shipping and truck transportation. After expansion, the width is increased to 6.3m, providing a spacious 34.77㎡ usable area. The internal size of 5.7m × 6.1m × 2.28m ensures comfortable living and working space, balancing transportation economy and usage practicality.

2.2 Insulated-temp; Weather-Resistant Structure

The exterior wall adopts durable metal carved panels with anti-corrosion, waterproof and UV-resistant performance, adapting to all-weather outdoor use. The interior walls and roof are made of high-density EPS insulated composite panels, which effectively isolate high and low temperatures, maintain constant indoor temperature, and provide excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation and sound insulation effects. It can be used stably in tropical, temperate and cold regions all year round.

Different from ordinary simple shelters, our Expandable Container Shelter is fully prefabricated with complete supporting facilities. Equipped with L-shaped kitchen cabinets, upper hanging cabinets and double water sink, it meets daily cooking needs. Standard PVC doors and windows ensure lighting and air circulation. The integrated independent bathroom is equipped with basin, mirror cabinet, toilet, shower system and bathroom heater, with UV moisture-proof board overall protection. The multi-type floor materials are used in different areas to ensure wear resistance, waterproof and skid resistance, realizing one-stop occupancy without secondary decoration.
