• Wall System

The exterior uses durable metal carved decorative panels with partial wood grille cladding. Interior walls are constructed with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene board, formaldehyde-free OSB board and bamboo fiber board, ensuring excellent thermal retention and environmental safety.

• Glazing System

Equipped with 5+12+5 hollow tempered light blue glass and two side casement windows made of heat-insulating and sound-proof broken-bridge aluminum, effectively blocking outdoor noise and extreme temperatures.

• Door & Security

Designed with a sliding broken-bridge aluminum door with built-in screen mesh, enhancing anti-theft performance for daily use.

• Finishing Details

Ceiling fitted with embedded downlights. Main living areas use wood-grain SPC stone plastic flooring, while the bathroom is finished with anti-slip tiles for improved safety.

Pre-installed furniture including tatami storage bed, nightstand and formaldehyde-free cabinets, allowing move-in readiness with no extra furniture purchases required.
