controlled airflow and a reasonably continuous envelope. These goals are

the building. But a sealed building without adequate air exchange is not
healthy or comfortable. The design must balance moisture control, indoor air
quality and energy efficiency.

The building may look simple, but its comfort depends on hidden layers and details. Ventilation grilles, service penetrations, seals and equipment locations should be integrated into the architecture rather than added as afterthoughts.
