1. Brief introduction:

The 20FT Single-Side Sliding Expandable Apple Cabin is a modern, modular, and prefabricated integrated house designed for fast deployment, flexible space expansion, and all-scenario application. Featuring a unique single-side push-pull telescopic structure, the cabin greatly expands the indoor usable space after unfolding while maintaining convenient transportation and integral hoisting. It is widely suitable for residential accommodation, office use, scenic spot homestays, campsite villas, temporary construction rooms, and commercial exhibition spaces.

2. Structural & Exterior Performance

The whole house adopts a hot-dip galvanized steel frame, ensuring high structural strength, anti-corrosion performance, and long service life. The outer envelope is professionally insulated with epoxy zinc-rich paint and 50mm XPS extruded polystyrene thermal insulation layer, realizing excellent heat insulation, heat preservation, and anti-rust effects, adapting to various complex outdoor climates.

Equipped with high-standard modern door and window systems, the cabin adopts thermal break aluminum alloy frames matched with 5+12A+5 hollow transparent double-layer insulated glass for doors, windows, and glass curtain walls. The structure effectively isolates heat conduction, reduces noise, and improves indoor sound insulation and heat preservation performance. The main entrance door is a complete set with a professional door lock for safety and privacy.

3. Interior Decoration & Materials

The interior adopts high-grade and eco-friendly integrated decoration materials with standardized and refined construction:

Wall System: 9mm OSB substrate as the base layer + 3mm ivory white aluminum composite panel for wall cladding, equipped with 80mm white aluminum alloy skirting boards, ensuring flatness, durability, and easy cleaning.

Ceiling System: Adopts 600*3000*6.5mm white bamboo-wood fiber ceiling panels for the main space; the bathroom uses white UV ceiling panels for moisture-proof and mildew-proof performance.

Floor System: Laid with 4mm thick SPC stone plastic composite flooring, wear-resistant, waterproof, and anti-slip, meeting long-term indoor use requirements.

4. Integrated Independent Bathroom

This expandable apple cabin comes with a fully functional integrated bathroom. The bathroom walls are paved with 3mm ivory white UV panels for waterproof and damp-proof purposes. It is equipped with 300*300mm anti-slip floor tiles, black frame aluminum-magnesium alloy double frosted glass door, 300*600mm ceiling lamp, toilet, integrated wash basin and bathroom cabinet, and hot & cold water mixer tap. The supporting three-function shower set (overhead shower, handheld shower, bottom water outlet) and anti-odor floor drain realize complete daily bathing and washing functions.
